It was November of 2010 when I had to buy a laptop from Dell Inspiron 14 inch, with i3 processor. It was really bad to start with Dell opposite to my hope and others review. Within first week webcam stopped working. The message from laptop was that your hardware of webcam is not connected. I am sick of using webcam during chat. So, I needed it urgently so submitted my laptop to the supplier. They took more than 1 week to repair it. During repair they called me and informed that my hard disc has been crashed and all data was lost. I was frustrated because of lost data. Thanks to some saved data in my pen drive. I lost my subscription of mcAfee with hard disc.

Happily next week I brought back my laptop to start using and posting my blog. Cccchhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii hhhhhhhhhhhiiiiiiiiiiirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr such type of sound started
coming speaker the very next day. Now I can’t send my laptop for repair again so frequently. So, I started using my Dell laptop in mute condition in order to avoid that sound. After one month I had to repair it. So, again given to same dealer and got repaired.

The very next week again webcam is not connected to laptop. Now I had to call customer care and told them my problem. Thankfully they sent a service engineer to my room only and repaired my laptop

Ohoooo god the biggest problem started one day when laptop refused to start. After all trail and with the support of customer care I couldn’t start my laptop. Again service engineer came and told there is problem with Mother board and repaired within 1 hour at my room only. When service engineer opened my laptop he found many part has been damaged by pervious service engineer and had to call customer for that repair as well.

Yup I called customer care for that repair and got repaired by the same service engineer next week. Now I was in cool mood and had given threat to customer care that if further problem comes then I will have to throw my laptop to dustbin and take revenge of the same. And the very next day Bluetooth stopped working. I was totally frustrated with that problem because I had to connect my internet via Bluetooth only.

Apart from this I would like to mention that similar problems have been faced by many users of Dell.

I gave threat for replacement of my laptop otherwise a complaint to consumer right court. And lastly they agreed to replace my whole system. I am making this post using my new laptop.

After all I would like to thanks Dell for support and replacing my new system. If you guys are facing same problem with your laptop then force the company to replace the system as 40,000 rupees is not coming in vain.
I got my new laptop back. hope you will also gain courage to get new gadget back if you are facing many problems.
